About
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisor endorsement and the Clinical Director for CPW. Some of the most common I have worked with are in the areas of trauma related disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, emotion regulation, grief, self-esteem, career difficulties, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, compassion fatigue, and body image.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to help client’s process emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in order to reduce stress and develop proper coping skills and resources to reach their desired goal. I currently specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
