Medication refills are more than routine paperwork—they’re an important part of keeping your treatment safe, stable, and effective. Our refill process includes required check-ins, clear timelines, and thoughtful coordination to help prevent gaps in medication and support your ongoing care.

To support safe and effective care, medication refills and changes require ongoing monitoring through regularly scheduled psychiatric follow-up appointments. Our goal is to make this process as clear and simple as possible.
Important Guidelines
✔ Medication refills are provided for current clients who maintain regular psychiatric follow-up appointments and have no outstanding balances.
✔ If appointments are frequently missed, canceled, or rescheduled, refill requests may not be approved.
✔ Refill requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance. Requests are not processed after hours, on weekends, or holidays.
✔ All refill requests must be submitted using our secure online refill request form below. Requests submitted through other methods may not be processed.
✔ Controlled substances may require in-person visits and additional monitoring.
✔ Lost, stolen, or misused medications will not be replaced.
✔ Please take medications exactly as prescribed and do not make changes without consulting your provider. You are responsible for informing your provider of all medications prescribed by other clinicians, as this may impact your treatment.
