What to expect
ASSESSMENT
You’ll complete a set of evidence-based mental health questionnaires electronically prior to your appointment. These help us understand symptoms, daily functioning, and overall well-being.

CLINICAL REVIEW + FEEDBACK
You’ll meet with a licensed clinician to review your assessment results in clear, understandable language. Together, you’ll discuss how current symptoms and life stressors may be impacting your daily functioning and overall well-being.
EDUCATION + REFERRAL
You’ll receive a written summary of findings along with personalized recommendations. These may include guidance on appropriate types or levels of care, referrals to trusted community providers, and educational resources.
