Clinical Therapist (PCC, LISW, LPC, LSW) Full Time

This is a W-2 employment position and we are looking to bring on a talented new member in Late 2021 to our Minster office location.


Position Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated and committed mental health clinical therapist to provide counseling for a fast-growing private practice. The counselor/psychotherapist will be responsible for providing outpatient individual (children and adults) and family/couples psychotherapy. Therapist must be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community and be ready to be a part of a dynamic, fun, and collaborative team. Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications and skills:

  • Align with Center for Personal Wellness mission, vision, and values.

  • Must be punctual in reporting to work.

  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and

  • Active, unrestricted license, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, LPCC-S) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW, LISW-S). CPW will consider LPC or LSW with right experience. A copy must be provided to Center for Personal Wellness.

  • Position is Full-Time (F/T) (22-25 client hours/week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Center for Personal Wellness).

  • Must provide availability at least 1 evening/week (5pm-7pm)

  • Be organized and detail oriented.

  • Be a team player.

  • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.) is preferred.
