I believe in treating everyone with respect no matter their, condition, ethnic, cultural, or religious background. Many problem areas I work on are intense and emotional, with the right support we can overcome these areas and develop the skills for you to live the life that you would like to.
My clinical approaches mainly consist of: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy.
