BIO
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervisor endorsement. I graduated with my Bachelors of Social Work in 2017 from Capital University in Columbus Ohio. I then graduated with my Masters of Social Work in 2018 From The Ohio State University. I worked for three years in community mental health before I became a Licensed Independent Social Worker in 2021.

I enjoy working with a vast array of clients. However, my specialties include working with Childhood trauma, agoraphobia/social anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, anger, self esteem problems and Major Depressive Disorder. In order to work with these conditions I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I use these therapeutic approaches to help you to learn alternative ways of thinking about problems in your life, come up with innovative solutions to solve problems, and to work through the history of the problem and the effect it has had on your life.
Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.
