My style is personal and compassionate. I believe the individual is the lead of their own treatment path. I am here to help individuals achieve those goals in a respectful manner and feel safe when they are vulnerable. I will work with clients to overcome these areas of intense emotions and trauma healing and assist you in developing the skills for you to live the life that you would like to.

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors and reading. I have an adult son Adam and a spoiled dog Jack.
