A Nutrition Workshop for Student Athletes
Service Description
Whether you're sprinting across the field, spiking on the court, or running your best mile yet—what you eat matters. This 45-minute interactive workshop, led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Lei Barga, is designed specifically for junior high and high school athletes in fall sports like cross country, football, volleyball, soccer, cheerleading, golf, and more. This isn't about fad diets or protein powders—it's about real food, real strategies, and real results. Athletes (and a parent/guardian) will walk away with practical nutrition tips that are easy to apply, including smart choices from popular local spots like Subway, grocery stores, and gas stations. We’ll cover fueling for energy, recovery, and hydration—without overcomplicating it. Cost: $25 per student (includes 1 parent/guardian) Limited spots available—register early!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before registering: - Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop are non-refundable due to limited space and preparation.
