I am the founder and the Executive Director for the center. As a therapist, I offer a non-judgemental space for expression, reflection, and reconnection. When you’re ready, we’ll work together to support your goals, identify and build on your strengths, and challenge you to live as your best self.

I use a wide variety of counseling techniques to help you reach your goals and to address your unique needs. My approach is a blend of solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based methodologies to assist clients in achieving their goals. Tailoring my style of therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual as well as partnering with my client to create attainable goals are my top priorities. Feeling empowered is an important part of the therapeutic process.

I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with Anxiety/Panic disorders, Postpartum Adjustment and Perinatal Mood Disorders.  I have experience in providing consultation to businesses and healthcare providers. Additionally, I am also an experienced speaker and workshop leader.
