I am a Licensed Social Worker. I received my Bachelors in Social Work from Ball State University in 2020 and my Masters in Social Work in 2022 from Ball State University. I have experience working with individuals and their families in the IDD (intellectual or developmental disabilities) community, community-based therapy, outpatient therapy, and crisis settings.
I enjoy working with a wide array of client populations. However, my specialties include working with Postpartum Adjustment and Perinatal Mood Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, anger, self-esteem problems, and Major Depressive Disorder.

I take on a personal and non-judgmental therapy style. I use both a client centered and solution focused approach, and I often use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques which focus on reframing thoughts and refocusing to reduce difficult emotions and symptoms and increase positive behaviors.
