“A little progress each day adds up to big results.”
I enjoy working with a wide range of client populations, especially children, adolescents, and families. I have supported clients with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. I have supported families and couples in learning healthy communication skills and improving relational satisfaction.

My approach is client-specific, crafting sessions around specific needs, concerns, difficulties, and preferences. I offer unconditional positive regard and provide a safe space for clients to process difficult emotions, thoughts, and events while providing support to clients to reach their goals.
